Robert Craven was educated at Dynevor School, Swansea and Jesus College, Oxford (Scholar) – MA (Jurisprudence), BCL.
He joined Iscoed Chambers in 1980 following pupillage and initially practised in civil, family and crime, but now concentrates on civil – general chancery work and common law. He specialises in all aspects of real property law – ownership, boundaries, easements, restrictive covenants, wills, probate, trusts, including beneficial ownership disputes, Inheritance Act claims, residential and commercial landlord and tenant, Personal injury, contract and commercial.
Robert is a Member of Chancery Bar Association and Wales Commercial Law Association.
He was appointed as a Recorder in 2005 in the Crown Court and more recently the County Court. He is a member of Panel of Counsel to National Assembly, and formerly a member of Provincial Panel of Treasury Counsel.
