Catherine Collins joined Iscoed Chambers as a pupil and was offered tenancy following successful completion of her pupillage in 2001.
She specialises in civil law cases involving chancery, property and housing. She is experienced in cases heard at all levels of court. Catherine is developing significant expertise in Wills and Probate. Her expertise extends to residential property disputes, negligence and contractual disputes. She has appeared in the County Court for a wide variety of clients.
Catherine is also instructed in personal injury cases and is willing to consider instructions under conditional fee agreements. She acts for defendants and claimants.
Catherine’s family law practice concentrates on ancillary relief, Inheritance Act claims and co-habitee disputes.
