Frank Phillips is a specialist Criminal Practitioner with many years of experience in serious crime.  He has dealt with all types of criminal cases in particular the most serious matters of homicide, sexual and drugs offences.  He has practised exclusively from Iscoed Chambers since joining as a tenant in 1972.

Frank is a Grade 4 prosecutor for the Crown Prosecution Service and is instructed in a wide variety of cases for both prosecution and defence.
