Regan Walters

Regan was born and educated in Swansea. 

He went on to study his Bachelor of Laws in Law and Criminology at the Swansea University Hilary Rodham Clinton School of Law, obtaining First Class Honours.

Regan was called to the Bar in March 2022, following his completion of the BPTC, where he obtained the grade of Very Competent.  

Regan joined Iscoed Chambers as a Tenant following completion of Pupillage in October 2023.

During his studies, Regan represented Swansea University in the Five Paper Buildings Mooting Competition in London. 

Regan is a member of the Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn.

Regan is a Grade 1 Prosecutor and is currently applying to be a Grade 2. He accepts briefs to prosecute and defend in both the Magistrates Court and Crown Court. 

Outside of work, Regan has a keen interest in travelling, swimming, tennis, wrestling, film and media.
