Georgia Donohue Is Accepting Instructions

Iscoed Chambers is pleased to announce that Georgia Donohue is starting to accept instructions in her second 6 months of pupillage under the supervision of Craig Jones.

Georgia was brought up in Prestatyn where she was educated through the medium of Welsh. She went on to study LLB Law at the University of Lancaster. Georgia was called to the Bar in February 2021 following her completion of the BPTC, having obtained the grade of Very Competent. 

During her studies Georgia was selected to represent her University as the lead advocate in the VisMoot International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna in 2018 and 2019. She also successfully mooted in the UK Supreme Court in 2018. Prior to commencing her pupillage Georgia gained experiencing working Pro Bono for a Miscarriage of Justice Clinic where she drafted legal advice in drug and sexual assault cases where prisoners maintained they were victims of Miscarriages of Justice.

Georgia is a CPS Grade 1 prosecutor and accepts briefs to prosecute and defend in both the Magistrates and Crown Court.
