The Defendant fraudulently claimed in excess of £25,000 in Personal Independent Payments (PIP) between 2020 and 2023. She pleaded Guilty to Dishonestly Failing to Notify the Department of Work and Pensions of a change in her circumstances days prior to her trial and was sentenced to 7 months’ imprisonment.
