Stephen Davies completes Advocate Pupil Pledge

Stephen Davies has recently completed his Pupil Pledge with the Bar's Pro Bono charity,  Advocate, assisting a previously unrepresented applicant with drafting in a property litigation case in the South East of England.

Stephen provided advice on complex issues involving equitable liens, the sale of property, and interaction with section 36 of the Limitation Act 1980. He further drafted fresh Particulars of Claim for the applicant. The applicant said of Stephen that his "expertise, patience, and dedication made a world of difference".

You can read more about Advocate's work and their Pupil Pledge on their website: https://weareadvocate.org.uk/resources-for-the-bar/pupil-pledge.html

Chambers is proud that Stephen become another of our members/pupils to complete their Pupil Pledge and Chambers continues to support Advocate, remaining committed to Pro Bono.
