Caitlyn was called to the Bar in July 2024. She joined Iscoed Chambers as a Tennant in October 2025, following the successful completion of her Pupillage under the supervision of Helen Randall (Crime) and George Pollitt (Civil). 

Caitlyn undertook the Bar Professional Training Course at Cardiff University, achieving an Outstanding grade. She was awarded a named Scholarship from Middle Temple, as well as a Certificate of Honour in recognition of her performance on the Bar Course. 

Caitlyn studied Law with a Professional Placement Year at Cardiff University. During her placement, she worked as a Paralegal in the Wills and Estate Planning Department of a firm of solicitors, where she drafted wills and trusts. Alongside her studies, Caitlyn volunteered with the Cardiff University Innocence Project and worked as a Court Usher in the Magistrates’ Court. 

Before commencing the Bar Course, Caitlyn worked as a Personal Injury Paralegal, handling matters involving road traffic accidents and liability disputes. 

Caitlyn is a CPS Level 1 Prosecutor and regularly accepts instructions to prosecute and defend in both the Magistrates’ and Crown Court. In addition to her criminal practice, she has been instructed to advise and draft pleadings in housing law cases.  

Caitlyn accepts instructions across all of Chambers’ practice areas. She has an interest in developing her Criminal and Civil practice.
