Victoria has a mixed common law practice and accepts instructions in all civil and family law matters.
Victoria has recently returned to chambers after a period of secondment to work in both Guernsey, and the British Virgin Islands where she has been admitted as a barrister of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court.

Victoria is regularly instructed across a broad range of chancery and commercial matters including contractual claims, sale of goods/supply of service, construction disputes, landlord and tenant and debt related matters.
Personal Injury
Victoria undertakes a wide range of personal injury work for both Claimants and Defendants, and has extensive trial experience. Victoria is happy to undertake work on a Conditional Fee Agreement basis.
Cohabitee & Matrimonial Finance
Victoria is regularly instructed in relation to financial remedy matters upon divorce and cohabitee disputes relating to the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996.
Family
Victoria has a very busy practice in both public and private family law matters. Victoria is regularly instructed on behalf of local authorities, parents, children through their guardians and other third parties who are joined as intervenors.
